Anita Barone

Barone made an appearance in the fourth season Seinfeld episode The Shoes as Gail Cunningham the chef that wanted Elaine Benes shoes. She appeared in the early 1990s when she was a regular part of the cast for Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone played Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife on the show's first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she left for the full-time role. Barone appeared in The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the initial season (from 1995 to 1996) before appearing in The War at Home between 2005 to 2007. Barone played co-star with Daddio in 2000. The other credits on television include Desperate Housewives, Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. Barone received the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in 2005 for her role in the show One Last Ride. Three years later, after The War at Home ended its run Barone took on a role of recurring on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up in the role of Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's husband and actor Matthew Glave guest starred as J.J. Jones in two episodes.
